Description
The contract encompasses services necessary for the analysis, design, development, test, integration, deployment, and operations of information technology (IT) systems. The contractor shall provide software maintenance, enhancements, design, development, testing, evaluation, coding, integration, database administration, and data analysis for the All Weapons Information System (AWIS). The contractor shall provide IT services consisting of:
Development, testing, and deployment of new software modules and maintenance releases;
Troubleshooting, training, documentation, and end user assistance;
Information system administration and security;
Database administration; and
Configuration and data management
