All- Terrain Vehicle Bulk Purchase

Statement of Work (SOW) Bulk All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) Purchase 1. BACKGROUND: The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), U.S. Border Patrol Headquarters (USBP) is responsible for providing All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) to specialized units who patrol our Nation s borders. The ATVs will be used for patrolling and securing the border regions throughout the U.S. 2. SCOPE It is the intent of CBP to procure commercially available equipment detailed in Section 5, to support the U.S. Border Patrol sectors located throughout the United States. Contractor shall take all actions to provide all supervision, project management, labor and resources for the proper purchase, handling, shipping, and delivery of the following designated ATV s, in the Brand Name Only type and minimum quantities as indicated below, and in accordance with the requirements of this SOW: 201 EA 2023/2024 Yamaha Grizzly 700 92 EA 2023/2024 Yamaha Kodiak 700 55 EA 2023/2024 Yamaha Kodiak 450 66 EA 2023/2024 Yamaha Raptor 700 2 EA 2023/2024 Can-am Outlander X MR 1000R 2 EA 2023/2024 Can-am Outlander DPS 850 74 EA 2023/2024 Can-am Outlander DPS 450 Total ATVs: 492 This is the minimum number of ATVs required.
