Airfields Operations and Management / Aircraft Rescue & Fire Fighting (ARFF)

This requirement is for Airfield Management services to include all management, personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, parts, maintenance and repair, training, transportation and written deliverables for the provision and maintenance of: runways, taxiways, clear-zones, ramps and aircraft parking areas, navigational aids to support Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) Operations, Automated Weather Observation System (AWOS) , and other functions, such as airfield services; airfield inspections and checks; operations manual; emergency plan; ground vehicles control; obstruction handling; wildlife management; airport condition reporting; identify, marking and reporting construction and other unserviceable areas; and environment spill response. This requirement is also for ARFF services.
