Overview
Description
New services contract to provide technical and engineering support for the Prototyping, Instrumentation, Experimentation (PIE) Dept and the Aircraft Instrumentation Division. The contractor shall provide technical support services to support the Aircraft Instrumentation Division's (AID) Test and Evaluation and Instrumentation efforts that are outlined in the statement of work. The primary focus of this statement of work is the provision of technical services to meet the staffing demands of AID's technical shops and instrumentation installation teams. AID has a fairly consistent workload of test programs, modification efforts, and instrumentation work that demands a standing support team of engineers and technicians in order to meet critical flight test schedules and test milestones for the Program Managers Air (PMAs) that make up the core of the workload demand.
