Air and Marine Operations Domain Awareness Security Operations Professional Support Services

Domain Awareness (DA) is a critical core capability that enables the DHS mission. It is the effective understanding of the environment and information associated with the various domains (air, land, and maritime) that could adversely affect safety, security, the economy, or the environment. AMO employs advanced sensor systems to contribute to domain awareness. Domain Awareness Security Operation (DASO) has the mission to provide Domain Awareness enabling law enforcement operations, by persistently observing air and maritime movements while creating an understanding of information associated with all operations and threats present within or approaching U.S. borders. DASO requires personnel experienced with various Air Domain Surveillance Systems as well as professionals with experience in Strategy, Policy and plans. This acquisition seeks to increase DA capabilities by achieving improved coverage in detection range, detection in cluttered environments, probability of detection, and increased coverage volume while ensuring "Mission Readiness". These services required include the following areas and disciplines: Program/Project Management; surveillance Systems SME Support; Program Analysis Support; Financial and Budget Analysis Support; Technical Writing; Network Engineering; Software/web development; Project Management; Test and Evaluation Engineering These services require qualified and skilled personnel familiar with the pertinent Government regulations and business processes and procedures.
