Agile Usability Experience Analysis Re-compete

The purpose of this work is to perform agile user research to understand the needs of the users and systems. The term user includes, and is not limited to, all individuals, entities, and stakeholders who interact with the system both internal and external to CCIIO, and to provide findings and recommendations, translate findings and recommendations into Jira story tickets, track and keep a record of all the work on the designated CMS Confluence repositories, and all necessary user research functions.
