Afloat Signals Exploitation (ASE) Engineering and Technical Support – Seaport New TO (60 months) (C)

Engineering and Technical support services to Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC Atlantic) in support of the ASE Equipment and the United States Coastguard (USCG) Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). This support encompasses contractor support required for Science and Technology (S&T) Research and Development, Engineering, and Technical support of capabilities, hardware, and software components within the Information Operations (IO) Family of Systems (FoS). The IO FoS includes Ships Signals Exploitation Equipment (SSEE) FoS, Spectral, Mission Modules (MM), Spectral capability drops, SSEE New Construction (Shipbuilding and Conversion, Navy (SCN)), Foreign Military Sales (FMS) United Kingdom (UK)/ New Zealand (NZ), Fleet Support Office (FSO), Cryptologic Carry-on Program (CCOP), and Distributed Operations (DO) programs. The SSEE FoS includes, but is not limited to, all SSEE Increments, MODS, Tactical Cryptologic System (TCS), Spectral, Classic Reach, Navy Tactical Data Network (NTDN), and Real Time Spectrum Operations (RTSO).
