This includes residing the boat house, replacing a minimum of one glulam portal frame, designing for more effective use of interior space, bringing fuel system up to current standards, and various waterfront repairs to piers. Services shall include necessary site visits, investigations, assessments, calculations, and surveys required for design and provision of construction plans and specifications to accomplish repairs.
