This is to be broken up and developed into two distinct phase. PHASE1-from North of INDISL-189 south along the west shore line to INDISL-220; PHASE2-from INDISL-220 south along the west shoreline to INDISL- 212; This project is highly considered for environmental mitigation as in certain phases it will require the removal creosote impregnated timber construction and heavy steel meshed submarine nets.
