Description
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has a requirement for a Contractor to design and construct The Institute Building, a training and support staffing facility in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia. The Contractor services will be acquired by CBP through a task order award against the DHS awarded multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) National Multiple Award Construction Contracts II (NMACC II).
The Design Build (DB) construction project is for The Institute Building facility a two-story structure supporting training and staffing. The construction of the Institute Building will support the increased staffing and mission of The Advanced Training Center in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia. The total projected needed space to accommodate the facility is approximately 32,000 sq. ft. to include parking facilities.
