Administrative support and engineering services for International Positioning, Navigation and Timing programs

Administrative and engineering services supporting the performance of the tasks assigned by the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program sponsors both CONUS and Outside CONUS (OCONUS). Conduct meetings with the Positioning, Navigation, Timing (PNT) users to address potential technical, programmatic and financial requirements focusing on schedule mission needs. Review requirements and develop Drafts of Letters of Offer and Acceptance in accordance with security requirements and United States (US) State Department Arms Export Laws and Regulation. Develop Pricing and Availability by engaging PNT manufacturers for integration to the various user platforms. Develop PNT Program Management Review materials including technical, programmatic and financial status of FMS requirements. Support technical integration meetings with case managers and stakeholders. Develop security requirements checklists to be used to conduct security reviews at PNT contractor and authorized user facilities.
