This solution provides an automated, paperless PCARD approval processing system with customizable options that meet USCIS s unique PCARD program needs. USCIS seeks to have a tool that incorporates safeguards for these policy and audit attributes. An automated purchase card transaction worksheet solution shall efficiently manage cost, streamline audit requirements, and provide stakeholders with an additional oversight over the program. Actus has obtained an Authority to Operate from Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (DHS/ICE), which can be leveraged by USCIS. Actus also has met the FedRAMP risk management requirements at the FIPS Moderate Level. The Govt is preparing a Brand Name Justification.
