Acquisition of ServiceNow Software as a Service (SaaS) FY25-28

The manufacture, supplier, authorized reseller, or OEM (hereafter referred to collectively as Contractor ) shall provide all applicable software subscription licensing per this agreement, software support (maintenance, patches, updates, etc.), and technical support services as required for the implementation of a fully functional ServiceNow CMDB. The Contractor shall provide the MWEOC with an EA for a full term of 36-months. This effort will not include consulting, professional services, or technical on-site labor for installation, data importing, process workflow development, migration clean-up, etc. 1. Subscription software licenses, software maintenance (support), training, enhanced security (Operations Professional) and technical support services of the ServiceNow CMDB platform. 2. Software licensing and software maintenance relating to the classified enclave shall consist of all required patching, upgrades, technical support (assurance), etc. for the full term (36-months) of this agreement. 3. Software licensing and software maintenance relating to the unclassified enclave shall consist of all required patching, upgrades, technical support (assurance), etc. for the full term (36-months) of this agreement. 4. Instance Environment via ServiceNow Additional Non-Production for the full term (36-months) of this agreement. 5. Security Option for classified environment via ServiceNow Security Operations Professional for the full term (36-months) of this agreement. 6. Security Option for unclassified environment via ServiceNow Security Operations Professional for the full term (36-months) of this agreement. 7. Training for MWEOC personnel via ServiceNow Self-Hosted Technical Workshop to be exercised within the initial year of this agreement.
