Acquisition of Nutanix Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) Licensing and Systems Installations

The manufacture, supplier, authorized reseller, or OEM (hereafter referred to collectively as Contractor ) shall provide all applicable software licensing (to include any firmware), software support (maintenance, patches, updates, etc.), hardware and installation support services as required for a fully operational Nutanix HCI system(s) for the MWEOC. In addition, the Contractor shall provide the MWEOC with a Nutanix HCI system service/assurance contract for a 36-month period. This shall include the following activities: 1. Licenses and support of the Nutanix HCI platform. These 36-month subscriptions shall be run in two standalone enclaves (non-cloud environments) requiring full licensing of four physical clusters (machines) containing 16 nodes (physical nodes) total. 2. Software licensing shall include the Nutanix Ultimate plan, including all required patching, upgrades, technical support (assurance), etc. for the 36-month term of this agreement. 3. Equipment (to include integrated firmware, software, service packs, etc. related to hardware) to support the MWEOC infrastructure which will host the Nutanix software. 4. On-site Nutanix AHV Hypervisor professional services. 5. Requisite onsite installation/start-up support to implement out-of-the-box or manufacture specified functionality of system(s).
