AC130J Explosive Operations Facility, Kirtland AFB, NM DBB requirement to construct a Total building envelope of approximately 5953 SF; BAY space 4121 SF and office/Mechanical/Personnel Space 1832 SF based on Exhibit from Whiteman AFB, Missouri Project. To accommodate drive thru bays a special turning radius required and pavement is required 50 feet on each side of the bays and wrapped around the facility. A standby generator is required for Alt Control Room which will need to follow the same guidance as the Control section in the admin facility.
