Description
The National Mine Safety and Health Administration Academy has a need to procure and acquire design-build Construction and Architectural (A&E) services by a licensed firm to alter and/or renovate a portion of and existing buildings. This shall be done within a one year time frame fro,m the date of award. Building F area currently is an office space and will be transformed into a service bay/maintenance shop for facility ground equipment. The Butler Building is being used as a warehouse/maintenance facility and will be overhauled into an office space for 26 people with a dedicated lab space, map review room, male and female locker rooms for 52 lockers, and an open cubicle area to hold 23-6 x 7 cubicles.
