90 K Street, NW, Washington, DC Parking Contract

The purpose of the contract is to obtain 33 parking permits/spaces at 90 K Street NW, in Washington, DC. All parking spaces will be utilized by CBP Federal employees Privately Owned Vehicles (POVs) and Government Owned Vehicles (GOVs) at 90 K Street NW, Washington, DC. CBP has a requirement to provide parking garage access to employees who have Long and Unusual Hours (24/7), Car/Van pools, Duty/Watch Officers (employees assigned to staff CBP intelligence, enforcement, communications, and other support operations that entail 24 hours a day schedule, for 365 days a year), Emergency Response Group (ERG) First Responder and some reserved handicap spaces. The parking needs to be convenient and safe for employees as well as be able to house official government vehicles (GOVs) at the employee's work location. Due to the mission requirement of the individuals at 90 K Street and the GOV s that will be housed at that location the parking garage needs to be located within the building.
