32’ Transportable Port Safety Boat Depot/Overhaul

The contractor shall provide depot-level overhaul services, including maintenance and repair, for the U.S. Coast Guard Port Security Units (PSU) 32-foot Transportable Security Boat (CG 32-TPSB) and its Float-On trailer. The scope of work includes comprehensive inspection, refurbishment, and restoration to ensure operational readiness of both the vessel and trailer. Detailed requirements and tasks are outlined provided Statement of Work but consists of the following actions (maintenance and repair): Pre/Post Operational Test Inspection Hull refurbishment Transom Replacement Fuel Tank Removal/Inspection Limber Holes Hull Sheaths Bilge, Clean and Inspect Trailer Dashboard Welding Engine Replacement (optional) Engine Maintenance (optional) Sterndrive Replacement (optional) Sterndrive Service (optional)
