The planning department is submitting a new Special Project to
repair the Outboard Runway (31R). The project will consist of the
full depth replacement of the runway and support surfaces
(shoulders, overruns). The project will be phased. Phase 1: The first
1500 ft of the take off area (north of TW Bravo).
Phase 2: The rest of the runway and support surfaces.
This form is requesting the development of a DD1391, SOW, and
IGE, illustrating the phased approach of the project.
