Description
The contractor side of the pad mounts 3&4 are not working correctly. when anything is plugged in to it trips the circuit breaker in the switchboard SB-B. Facilities has tested the cables and is tests as ground for all the cables. 9 cables and 3 grounds look to be in need of being replaced. these cabled run in thru vault on the pier that has water that looks to be coming in thru the conduit pipe opening under the pier. Unable to plug in the quarter deck for the ships or any contractor equipment. these cable run there vault that is on the shore side of the the pier that is filled with water the seems to have came in thru the piping opening the are under the pier from the ground to the cable raceways by the high tides. we would like have these openings close some how to prevent this in the future. Project includes repair auxiliary outlets to shore tie mounts 3 and 4. Also includes dewatering and sealing high voltage confined spaces. Water seeps in during king tides.
