Description
This contract shall be a vehicle for the U.S. Census Bureau (USCB) to create, test and operate a multi-channel contact center in support of the 2030 Census Questionnaire Assistance (2030 CQA) program.This solicitation will include all efforts and technology required to design, test, fine-tune, install, operate and decommission the contact center systems, facilities, processes and human resources in support of the 2030 Census. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, equipment and labor, and shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and ensure effective performance of all 2030 CQA requirements.
