2026 NRCC-M1 Video Wall Replacement

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) requires a contractor to engineer, procure, de-install legacy hardware, furnish, install, integrate, test, commission, document, train personnel on, and maintain current-generation video wall systems at FEMA Headquarters. The base requirement encompasses the replacement of National Response Coordination Center (NRCC) Video Walls A, B, and C (as a conventional, non-interactive display), integrating seamlessly with FEMA's existing Crestron-based A/V control and routing environment while preserving existing system warranties, providing critical spare parts (including a 10% display panel spare threshold), and delivering a comprehensive five-year warranty. Additionally, the contract includes options to replace the approximately 40-foot video wall in the M1 Executive Meeting Room (Option 1), upgrade Video Wall C to an interactive touchscreen system (Option 2), and authorize extended installation working hours including weekends (Option 3) all while strictly adhering to continuity-of-operations protocols during NRCC activations, a summer installation blackout window (July 15 to October 15), Section 508 compliance, and DHS/FEMA information security standards.
