STUASL0 UAV

STUASLO under the Navy's Aircraft Procurement, aims to provide persistent maritime and land-based tactical Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance/Target Acquisition support. This program specifically focuses on the procurement of the RQ-21A Blackjack Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) to meet the defined capability requirements for the United States Navy (USN) and United States Marine Corps (USMC). The RQ-21A Blackjack program is designed to provide actionable intelligence and communications relay for 12-hours of continuous operation per day with a short surge capability of 24-hours continuous operation. It supports unit-level force defense, force protection for Naval amphibious assault ships as well as Navy and Marine Corp land forces. Additionally, it supports Naval Missions such as development of a Recognized Maritime Picture, Maritime Security Operations, Maritime Interdiction Operations, and provides support for Naval Units operating from sea/shore in Overseas Contingency Operations.
