CI MODERNIZATION

The CI MODERNIZATION program is a line item in the Army's Other Procurement budget, specifically under Communications and Electronics Equipment for Electronic Warfare (EW). The primary goal of this program is to provide resources for the sustainment and modernization of the Counterintelligence (CI) information technology infrastructure used by Army CI components. This infrastructure is critical for supporting the operational effectiveness of CI agents and specialists by ensuring they have access to reliable, secure, and modernized technological tools.

The objectives of the CI MODERNIZATION effort focus on maintaining and upgrading shared databases, workstations, global communications, and connectivity solutions.
