Other Flight Training

The Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS) is a significant initiative within the Air Force's Other Flight Training program. This partnership ensures that contractor resources are proficient in agile software development within a cloud environment, facilitating the transformation of ARMS into a scalable and flexible system.
