Operational Test and Evaluation Capability

The Operational Test & Evaluation Capability program, managed by the Navy, aims to enhance the operational testing and evaluation of naval systems and capabilities. Headquartered in Norfolk, Virginia, it includes several detachments across the United States. The primary goal is to ensure that new and improved systems are operationally effective, suitable, and cyber survivable before being recommended for fleet use.
