Rand Arroyo Center

The Rand Arroyo Center is a Federally Funded Research and Development Center that supports the Department of the Army in strategic studies and analysis. The program's primary goal is to provide strategic analytical research across various core competencies such as Personnel, Training, and Health; Forces and Logistics; and Strategy, Doctrine, and Resources. The research agenda focuses on mid/long-term strategic concerns, including the implementation of the National Defense Strategy, total force readiness, Army modernization, multi-domain operations, and soldier-centric investments.
