Joint Planning and Execution Services (JPES) is a critical component of the Defense Information Systems Agency's mission to provide joint command and control (JC2) global force management (GFM) capabilities. The program aims to modernize and maintain two operational systems: the Joint Operations Planning and Execution System (JOPES) and the Joint Capabilities Requirements Manager (JCRM).
