Yuppasoft has developed a groundbreaking scheduling and logistics decision-making system that leverages cutting-edge algorithms and AI for solving highly complex, constraint-based planning problems. We started with university course scheduling, but the system is applicable to defense and commercial settings. Current market solutions rely on static templates and minimal error checking, leading to suboptimal results when adapting to real-world demands. Our system approaches the problem using NP-optimization theory. Each variable assignment represents a binary decision, and our proprietary data structures allow these to be made and reversed rapidly. Our parallelized "lookahead" algorithm proactively detects conflicts, explains them clearly in natural language, and, when possible, finds a feasible schedule and optimizes it based on preferences. It also adapts in real time when disruptions occur, minimizing downstream impact.
