The Benefield Richters Company is a woman-owned, small business located in downtown Knoxville, Tennessee. Founded in 1999, our firm provides architecture, planning, and project management services to public and private clients throughout the eastern United States. During our 15 plus years of existence, we have provided design and project management services on a multitude of projects from 73,000 sf 4-story office buildings with a $12 million budget to small interior office renovations. Our firm has extensive experience guiding clients through the visioning and programming process for facilities and campuses throughout the southeast. Sustainability is a guiding principle and we try to incorporate it in everything we do. Sustainably designed buildings, sites and communities are healthier for the occupants, better for the environment and most importantly save money in the long run for owners.
