Experienced in our primary services, along with expertise in project management, financial management, and implementation, program development, strategic growth planning, technical communications, marketing, and branding. Training: Using formative research protocol and tools, we provide surveys, focus groups, needs assessments, and other information gathering processes to determine requirements for participant and stakeholder success. With culturally appropriate guidance, we build didactic and experiential learning management systems including curriculum design, pilot testing, delivery and assessment. Training offered via onsite, virtual, web-based or product dissemination.

Technical Assistance: Our TA identification, design, and delivery program is organized to assist federal grantees meet their objectives, stabilize operations, and to ultimately impact positively those they serve. We provide creative, engaging learning tools, research and evaluation services, assemble communities of practice for solution sharing and offer toolkits to construct sustainable, measurable community projects. Logistics and Administrative Support (LAS)& Communications: The continuum of planning and communications services is provided from concept, goal, objectives and agenda development; through pre-meeting planning, website design and maintenance, hotel/venue and vendor negotiation, participant and speaker recruitment/outreach, media planning, artwork, site selection and materials design; to onsite operations, facilitation, multimedia and social media management, transcription, recording and hospitality; through post-event reporting, assessment and attendee follow-up.
