With more 30 years experience in a variety of engineering disciplines, I bring a wealth of skills and perspectives to a project team. I'm licensed in WA, OR and ID, am certified as a DBE, Project Management Professional (PMP) and Value Methodology Associate (VMA), offering unique combinations of proven methodologies. I've garnered positive relationships with local agencies, state and federal officials and have served on many project teams. I've leveraged key public/private partnerships that have resulted in quality projects in various areas of Washington state. I've volunteered for various professional associations throughout my career and have published several articles. I have managed projects with varying complexity in Washington State and to areas as remote as western Africa, where I was a project lead with Engineers Without Borders The variety and complexity of the projects I have managed allows me to apply practical solutions to provide the best professional service possible.
