Ozark Integrated Circuits, Inc. (founded in 2011) uses advanced semiconductors and electronic packaging to deliver best-in-class analog & mixed-signal solutions for remote sensing and actuation under extreme environment conditions. This includes the development of the XNode product lines which are single-board, rugged computing modules that include one or more integrated functions designed to operate in extreme environments to provide data acquisition, actuation, closed loop control, or communications. Built upon years of experience in integrated circuit design, embedded programming, advanced electronic packaging, and integration, the XNode provides the extreme environment computing solution. In addition to development of our own product line, Ozark IC uses our experience in IC design, advanced packaging, and environmental and characterization testing to provide support services to commercial and defense partners. Ozark IC has CMMC Status Final Level 2 (C3PAO).

Ozark IC has built computing resources and tooling for custom integrated circuit and electronic device design and simulation and embedded electronics software development. Manufacturing capabilities include ceramic wiring board production from tape to fired modules, board packaging and assembly, and finished enclosures and connectors for modules, as well as quick turn additive manufacturing for prototyping. Ozark IC can also provide high termperature characterization of electronic devices.
