MATSYS offers advanced materials, including a wide range of reactive materials and fragmenting composites to enhance munitions performance, high entropy alloys, and nanogalvanic aluminum for hydrogen generation. MATSYS has CNC equipment for high precision machining of standard and exotic materials. MATSYS has powder consolidation equipment for cold, warm and hot isostatic pressing (HIP). Our HIP with equipped with a unique high temperature eddy current sensor for in-situ monitoring of consolidation during HIP. MATSYS offers Fluidized Fill Shoe system for powder delivery and filling of die cavities on die compaction presses, and Fluidized Powder valve for dispensing powder and dosing.
