JP Harvey Engineering Solutions (JPHES) was established in 1998 and is headquartered in Hampton, Virginia. We are a certified small business registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). We have experience working on mechanical, electrical, plumbing engineering, and communications design projects with federal agencies. We understand the procedures and requirements of these projects. We have extensive experience with new designs, renovations, repairs, inspections, analysis, planning, administration of construction, and studies. In fact, we have vast experience working with government facilities throughout our 18 year history.

JPHES utilizes BIM which includes integrated Quality Control processes such as interference checking. Final drawing files can be exported from BIM (REVIT to the required AutoCAD format for DPW). We also utilize several virtual teaming tools including Citrix ShareFile, WebEx, and GoToMeetings that ensure accuracy while keeping costs down. These teaming platforms provide real-time project collaboration, on-line meetings, web conferencing and video teleconferencing with team members in any dispersed location. These tools allow individual participation within a virtual meeting center from a user's desktop, minimizing the possible lengthy disruptions that could occur with scheduling and traveling to various meeting locations.
