JL Apparel Development is a small business textile company specializing in design, patternmaking, manufacturing, cutting, and sewing services for brands and designers across Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, and the USA. With over 20 years of combined experience, our expert team is dedicated to delivering personalized and professional customer service. We are a one-stop shop, catering to both the Government and Private sector needs by providing high-quality textile clothing, innovative designs, and fashion-forward styles. Our goal is to create unique, trend-setting designs while continuously developing original fabric patterns that stand out in the marketplace. We stay ahead of design trends by incorporating artistic, cultural, and technological influences into our work.

Our facility is equipped with 42 industrial sewing machines, including single- and double-needle machines, Merrow machines, two 5-thread machines, and four 3-thread machines. We also have 12 single-needle machines, two double-needle machines, buttonhole machines, Velcro sewing machines, and other specialized equipment to support high-quality textile and apparel manufacturing
