Jen Knauer has been facilitating groups as an impartial third party for over twenty years. She has worked with all sorts of organizations, stakeholder processes, public meetings and private disputes. Her background is in mediation and facilitation. She helps groups navigate difficult and complex conversations, and often works with organizations to help them through their toughest challenges. The Standard Code of Conduct for Mediators guides Jen's work and similarly informs her conduct in the role of facilitator. These values define expectations for practitioner conduct regarding client self-determination, impartiality, conflicts of interest, competence, confidentiality, quality of process, advertising and solicitation, fees, and advancement of mediator practice. These standards are consistent with the International Association of Facilitators.
