HRA provides consulting services for public and private clients in cultural resource management (CRM), litigation support, and historical research. HRA has 21 Archaeologists who meet the Secretary of the Interior's professional qualification standards in Archaeology, 18 Historians who meet the qualification standards in History, and 6 Architectural Historians and Preservationists who meet the qualification standards in Architectural History.
