DeafIS specializes in Sign Language Interpreting services (on-site) and/or Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) services. We also provide Teachers of the Deaf, Deaf Mentors, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) training (as pertains to deaf and hard of hearing individuals). We work in healthcare, higher education, K-12 schools, courts, non-profits, government agencies, and more. We have worked with 5 healthcare systems in Wyoming, dozens of school districts in Wyoming, Kansas, and Colorado. We primarily service Wyoming, Montana, South Dakota, Idaho, Colorado, and Ohio. We provide volunteer support for a US nonprofit orphanage based in Zambia. We seek to expand to our presence to provide nation-wide sign language interpreting services. With over $1 Millon in sign language sales alone, the Founder has expertise in establishing VRI services in 7 languages in less than 24 hours for joint military training 3,000 minutes for hundreds of military service members caring for patients.

We provide on-site (face-to-face) interpreting to meet business needs. We also provide Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) for clients. Our clients may utilize: Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, WebEx, or a variety of other video platforms (at the preference of the client). This requires an iPad, laptop computer, or large screen projected for the consumer with a camera.
