VPS, PLLC is a federal subcontractor that provides Technical Training, IT Service Management, and Educational services. Established in 2016 VPS has worked with End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) Quality Improvement Organizations (QIO) within the Health and Human Services/Center for Medicaid and Medicare (HHS/CMS) arena developing webtools such as a Patient Social App to track dialysis and transplant health information. A human-centered design (HCD) approach was used. Also, VPS has worked physician offices using the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC) SRA tool conducting HIPAA Risk Assessments within Affordable Care Organizations (ACO). VPS's Information Technology (IT) project management skills have also been used in establishing focus groups, user acceptance testing (UAT), learning management systems (LMS) training programs for system rollouts.

VPS's years of experience in higher education and technical training affords it the ability to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools such as CopyLeaks to detect other AI platforms and plagiarism (as not properly cited or copy/pasted from an online source). Additionally, VPS is working to use Copyleaks to assist providers avoid pitfalls in charting and patient treatment plans in electronic health records (EHR) systems. Using R and SPSS, VPS is working to assist prime contractors with data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
