Objective
The National Cybersecurity Preparedness Consortium program enables state, local, tribal and territorial emergency response communities to address emerging cybersecurity threats and close capability gaps through the development and delivery of cybersecurity learning solutions that strengthen the nation’s preparedness. The New World Kirkpatrick Model is applied for analyzing and evaluating the results of training and educational programs. This model considers any style of training, both informal and formal, to assess learning.
