Objective
The Interoperable Communications and Training (ICAT) Project will create a pilot training program tailored to the first responder and emergency management community in the primary areas of public safety project management, emergency communications and interoperability, and broadband technology use. Rapidly develop and deploy a statewide and regional situational awareness capability that will provide federal, state and local decision makers and emergency management officials with near real time information on the status of the Critical Infrastructure and Key Resources (CI/KR). This effort will result in the identification of key indicators of resiliency that will support the future implementation of a statewide dashboard.).
