The objective of CDP is to carry out demonstration projects in which chiropractors and physicians collaborate to identify and provide effective treatment for spinal and lower back conditions.

Applicant Eligibility
To be eligible for a Chiropractic Demonstration Project, the applicant shall be: a health professions school, an academic health center, or a public or private nonprofit accredited school of chiropractic. Applicant organizations must be located in the United States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Republic of Palau, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, or the Federated States of Micronesia.
