Objective
Grants are awarded for faculty training projects in geriatric medicine, geriatric dentistry, and geriatric behavioral or mental health. The purpose of this grant program is to provide support, including fellowships, for geriatric training projects to train physicians, dentists and behavioral or mental health professionals who plan to teach geriatric medicine, geriatric dentistry or geriatric behavioral or mental health.

Applicant Eligibility
Grants may be made to accredited public or private nonprofit schools of medicine, schools of osteopathic medicine, teaching hospitals, or graduate medical education programs. Applicants must be located in the United States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Republic of Palau, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, or the Federated States of Micronesia. Federally Recognized Indian Tribal Government and Native American Organizations may apply if they are otherwise eligible.
