Objective
Teachers for a Competitive Tomorrow: Programs for Baccalaureate Degrees in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or Critical Foreign Languages with Concurrent Teacher Certification (TCT-B): To award grants to develop and implement programs that provide courses of study in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or critical foreign languages (STEM or CFL) that are integrated with teacher education and lead to a baccalaureate degree with concurrent teacher certification in one of the specified content fields.
Teachers for a Competitive Tomorrow: Programs for Master’s Degrees in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or Critical Foreign Language Education (TCT-M): To award grants to develop and implement programs that provide courses of study in science, technology, engineering, mathematics , or critical foreign languages (STEM or CFL) that are integrated with teacher education and lead to a master’s degree for teachers in one of the specified content fields, or master’s degree in teaching (that results in teacher education) for current STEM or CFL professionals.

Applicant Eligibility
Institutions of higher education (IHEs) (as defined under section 101(a) of the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended) that receive a grant on behalf of a department of science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or a critical foreign language, or on behalf of a department or school that offers a competency-based degree program (in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or a critical foreign language) that includes teacher certification.
Beneficiary Eligibility
Undergraduate students pursuing a baccalaureate degree in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or critical foreign language, with concurrent teacher certification (TCT-B).;
Teachers in high-need schools pursuing a 2- or 3-year part-time master’s degree program in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or critical foreign language education (TCT-M); and
Professionals in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or critical foreign language pursuing a master’s degree in teaching that results in teacher certification (TCT-M).
