Objective
The purpose of this funding opportunity is to provide eligible organizations with financial assistance to fund projects to assist and guide teams of small business concerns through training, counseling, and/or mentoring activities designed to enhance their ability to compete for larger procurement contracts.

Applicant Eligibility
Private for-profit or private not-for-profit organizations and businesses that have experience dealing with issues relating to small business on a national basis; and demonstrate that it has the capacity to provide assistance to small business concerns.
Beneficiary Eligibility
Small business concerns including, 8(a) program certified firms, HubZone certified firms, service-disabled veteran owned concerns, small businesses small disadvantaged businesses, and women-owned concerns.
