Objective
This program will provide funds to states and territories to support entities engaged in the middle of the supply chain activities with the goal of expanding capacity for “non-meat and poultry” sectors.
Applicant Eligibility
Eligible entities are described in the program’s request for applications. Eligible entities are State agencies, commissions, or departments in States and territories that are responsible for agriculture, commercial food processing, seafood, or related food system/ distribution or commerce activities within the State or Territory. The term ‘State’ means the 50 States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the United States Virgin Islands, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.
