Objective
PATHH provides direct financial assistance to timber harvesters and/or haulers who experienced a 10 percent or greater gross revenue loss from January 1, 2020 through December 1, 2020 compared to January 1, 2019 through December 1, 2019.

Applicant Eligibility
Applicants must be a citizen of the United States; resident alien; partnership of citizens of the United States; corporation, limited liability company, or other organizational structure organized under State law; or Indian Tribe or Tribal organization who meets all requirements of 7 CFR part 1400. Applicants must have had a share in the eligible commodity. Applicants must have 50 percent or more of its gross revenue derived from timber harvesting and/or timber hauling between January 1 and December 1, 2019 and January 1 and December 1, 2020.
