Original Description
Marine Corps Electronic Security System (MCESS) lifecycle engineering support (LCES) V provides lifecycle engineering support for MCESS. The naval information warfare center atlantic (NIWC atlantic) is tasked by Marine Corps installation command (MCICOM) installation physical security to maintain MCESS equipment installed by NIWC atlantic at Marine Corps bases worldwide. Includes services and materials to support, repair, and maintain electronic security systems, with the objective to augment and, where applicable, minimize security manpower requirements to promote, present, and maintain a safe and secure posture for marines, sailors, civilians, and their families.
