Background
West Virginia University (WVU), through Facilities Operations – Design and Construction, is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to install a new underground steam condensate pump station at the Agricultural Sciences Annex located at 359 Evansdale Dr, Morgantown, WV 26505.
This project supports the Evansdale Campus’s steam facilities.
Work Details
The contractor will construct a new below-grade condensate receiver vault and install a duplex condensate receiver and pump system serving the Agricultural Sciences Annex area at the WVU AG Science Building.
The work includes all necessary construction activities to ensure the proper installation of the condensate pump station.
Period of Performance
Substantial Completion is required within 180 days following contract execution, with Final Completion due 30 days after Substantial Completion.
Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Agricultural Sciences Annex, 359 Evansdale Dr, Morgantown, WV 26505.
